Create a Workflow
From the Synapress dashboard, go to Workflows → New Workflow, then choose which channels this workflow publishes to (Website, Mobile App, Syndication).
Assign an Approval Step
Add an editorial review step so nothing publishes without a second set of eyes — optional, but recommended for larger teams.
Publish
Writing in the editor and clicking Publish now pushes to every channel the workflow targets simultaneously, with per-channel formatting handled automatically.
